Refund Policy

Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping. 

To return your item, you must first contact us so that we may provide you with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. When returning the item, Please write this number on your shipping label.

 For eligibility to return an item, please see guidelines listed below:

  • Your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The item must be faulty or damaged. Refunds will not be approved simply because a customer changed their mind.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it will not be refunded.  

 Certain goods are exempt from being returned. We will not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-refundable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Books with obvious signs of use

* CDs, DVDs, Software that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts through no fault of our (1012Expressions) own.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If your refund is late, first, take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a purchased item, please send us an email at Support@1012expressions.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, if the recipient decides to return the item, they will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to the recipient at a later time, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified out about the return.

Please note: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the timeline for when you to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
